Hailing from creative powerhouse Atlanta, GA, Tay has worked behind the scenes producing some of your favorite videos, promos, commercials, and live performances within the last 9 years. As a child, young Tay was obsessed with all things performing arts and tv. Although, he graduated from performing arts high school, he saw no future in the arts as a career.

 

While in college at Morris Brown College, he was a member of their renowned Marching Wolverine Band where they were approached by 20th Century fox to be featured in their 2002 release "Drumline." Further igniting his passion for filmmaking, Tay Decided to relocate to Los Angeles and transfer to Columbia College Hollywood where he studied and learned all aspects of filmmaking and earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Film.

As an avid networker at Columbia, he production assisted on numerous major productions where his work was noticed by numerous production Mgr’s and producers in the industry. Tay then started to move up in production from production asst (PA), to truck PA, to office PA, to coordinator, to production mgr, then finally landing roles as a Producer. He maximized this experience to become one of the most sought out producers in Hollywood.

Today, he has produced content for Cardi B, Kanye West, Odell Beckham, Disney, Nike, and the Grammys. Tay also has his own production company called Hawes Media Group where he’s able to produce all types of content as well as manage an actress by the name of Lauren Lolo Spencer.
